In my experience, upper-level administrators do not always display positive leadership skills. The lack of leadership from the top down negatively impacts all on campus. This lack of communication, compassion, transparency, support, and organization makes it difficult to make true progress on certain projects, programs, policy changes, and grievances. I decided to switch companies and was told that they could do it because the ... (more)

I want you to know that I love my job. I appreciate my vacation time, the online courses available to me, and the push to have us work from home more and more. These are all good things. Where I am struggling is with the change in how our raises are determined. Not only have you downgraded our medical benefits, but now the raise sys... (more)
